How MunaMatch handles cancellations, app store purchases, payment processor refunds, and billing support requests.

MunaMatch refunds depend on the channel used for purchase, the terms shown at checkout, applicable law, and the status of the subscription or paid feature.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are usually handled by the relevant app store. Members should request app store refunds through the store account used for purchase. MunaMatch can provide support context, but the store may control approval and payment reversal.

Purchases made through a direct payment processor may be reviewed by MunaMatch support. We may ask for the account email, order reference, payment channel, purchase date, and a short explanation so the billing path can be checked.

Account deletion, profile removal, blocked access, or a member's decision to stop using the service does not automatically create a refund right unless required by law or the purchase terms.
