If a payment fails, do not keep retrying without checking the original order state. Start by confirming whether the order is pending, failed, or already paid so you do not create duplicate charges.

When you contact support, include the order time, platform, and the last four digits or checkout reference when possible. That gives the team enough context to trace payment events and restore access faster.
